Community Day will be held on Thursday, November 15th, during American Education Week. We would like to invite you to participate in the activities planned for that day.
If you would like to have lunch with your special someone that day, the cafeteria staff will start serving parents and community members visiting children in Kindergarten through 2nd grade at 10:45 a.m. This will give adults time to go through the lunch line and get seated before the classes are dismissed for their lunch times. For lunch with 3rd, 4th, and 5th grades, please be here at 11:45 a.m. so you can go in prior to lunch dismissals for these classes. Visitors will be welcomed to lunch at no cost. Once guests have finished lunch with their student(s) they may go to recess with them, if they wish. As students prepare for their Gym-o-rama performance, community members may join me for an informal Q & A session, location to be determined.
The culmination of the day will be the Gym-o-rama hosted by Mr. Harris at 1:00 p.m. in the high school gym. Students in grades K-5 physical education classes will perform. Everyone is invited to attend these entertaining performances.
